Biography:
I became a licensed
real estate agent to help people achieve a major life goal. A home doesn’t just
have to be the place you live, it’s also an opportunity to build your future
and achieve some of your financial goals.
My wife and I started
our real estate adventure earlier than most. We bought our first home in our
early twenties, rolled up our sleeves put in a ton of sweat equity, sold for a
profit and haven’t looked back since. That experience led us to where we are
now, we’ve purchased two properties in Victoria, become landlords and learned a
lot from many valued mentors. It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience, and
as a landlord of three rental suites with more than ten years of experience, my
goal is to help your family achieve your real estate dreams.
After growing up in
Langley, I came to Victoria as a recruit of the Camosun College Chargers
Volleyball team. Choosing Victoria was easy. Having travelled throughout
Canada, Victoria is without a doubt the most beautiful city in the country.
From the incredible scenery, to the amazing restaurants and laid-back
lifestyle, it’s been the perfect fit for me and my family. What I enjoyed most
from my college days, was sharing my love and knowledge of the sport by
coaching several high school and club teams. In 2005 my Camosun team toured
Japan, playing against colleges and delivering coaching clinics to high school
teams around the country. I enjoyed experiencing such a different culture from
my own and those experiences helped me shape my future of helping people.
In my down time I like
to play hockey, run, walk the dogs or putting in the weekend sweat equity into
our current house project. I love helping people, so give me a call and let’s
work towards achieving your real estate goals.
